How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping within New Zealand on orders over $100 NZD. Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to health and safety reasons, opened supplements and personalised items may not be eligible for return.

After purchasing a DNA Health Report, you’ll receive a testing kit with clear instructions. Simply collect your sample, return it using the provided packaging, and our laboratory will process the results.

Once your sample is received, results are typically available within the timeframe outlined in your testing kit instructions. You’ll be notified when your personalised report is ready.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders, manage details, and access order history more easily.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
