Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

• Products must be in original, unopened condition with all packaging and documentation

• Items must be unused and unworn

• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

 

How to Return:

1 Contact our customer support team at support@superhealth.co.nz with your order number

2 Provide a reason for the return

3 Receive return shipping instructions

4 Ship the item back to us in its original packaging

5 Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

 

Refund Processing:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

 

Exceptions:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return

• Opened or used supplements and health products may not be returnable for health and safety reasons

• Custom or personalised items are not returnable
